Design has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. As a child, you could usually find me in the back of the classroom drawing, doodling and creating my own characters and universes that my parents called Tildie World.
That little world eventually grew into a career. I graduated in Illustration Design from AKV | St. Joost in the Netherlands, and since then I’ve had the chance to work on all kinds of creative projects. From designing children’s clothing and working alongside astronaut André Kuipers’ team, to helping shape the brand of one of the world’s largest creative platforms for crafters and designers.
One of the things I love most about design is that no two projects are ever the same. Over the years I’ve worked across branding, digital design, illustration, print, UI design, marketing campaigns and creative direction. I enjoy connecting all those pieces into visual experiences that feel consistent, thoughtful and fun.
These days I spend most of my time creating brand identities and digital experiences, while also exploring how AI is changing the creative process. Whether I’m designing a logo, refining a user interface or building a marketing campaign, I’m always looking for that sweet spot where creativity and functionality meet.
Art has always been my first love, and I’m still just as excited to start a new project as I was filling notebooks with drawings as a kid. I believe the best ideas come from curiosity, strong concepts and a willingness to keep experimenting.
